Tasting characterization:

The color is intense dark-purple. The bouquet is complex with a great variety of notes: blackcurrant, plum, spices and chocolate. The flavour is well-balanced with a strong structure and a longstanding afterglow.

Serving temperature and gastronomy:

Recommended to be served at a temperature of 15-20 C. The wine serves as a magnificent supplement to red and white meat dishes, small game such as quail and wild mushrooms.

For the production of these wines vintage of the 2014 was used and special places where grapes yield the best harvest were selected. The grapes are gathered by hand and carefully sorted.
