Tasting characterization:

The color is deep ruby. The wine has the aroma of cherry jelly with notes of blackberry. The flavour is full with tannin structure. There are hints of chokeberry and red-ripe cherry in the longstanding spicy afterglow.

Serving temperature and gastronomy:

It goes well with veil and pork dishes, grilled and fried meat, and lamb in wine sauce. Recommended to be served at a temperature of 15-20 C.
