Tasting characterization:

Made of Aligote grapes. The color is astonishing sunny-gold. The bouquet is delicate with notes of apples and bloomy meadow grass. The flavour is rich and delicate with light piquant bitterness in the afterglow.

Serving temperature and gastronomy:

The wine serves as a magnificent aperitif. It goes well with goose paste, fragrant chesees, fresh fruits and pastry. Recommended to be served at a temperature of 10-12 C.
