Tasting characterization:
The wine of an intense ruby color. The bouquet is rich with hints of black currant and woody accent. The flavour is astringent, with moderate acidity and mild tannins.
Serving temperature and gastronomy:
It goes well as an aperitif and with light refreshments, soft-ripened cheeses, chocolate and fruit desserts. Recommended to be served at room temperature of 15-20 C.
It is a limited wine series, made of selected grapes grown on the best vineyards of the «Tavinco» winery, spread out between two bays in a picturesque place on the sunny hillsides of the Taman Peninsula.
Grapes are hand-picked and sorted during cool hours before dawn. No more than an hour passes from the time of grape harvesting until the time of its delivery to the winery for further processing. It allows grapes to save its best qualities.
An individual number emphasizing the exclusiveness of the series is assigned to each bottle of wine. The individual number is a quality certificate and additional counterfeit protection. This series is made for aficionados of the finest wines.
