Tasting characterization:

An astonishing straw-colored light wine with tones of flowers and honey in the bouquet. The flavour is mild and round with a longstanding afterglow.

Serving temperature and gastronomy:

The wine serves as magnificent supplement to light refreshments, soft-ripened cheeses, white meat, fish dishes and seafood. It goes well with fruits and diverse flavor fruit desserts. Recommended to be served chilled up to temperature of 10-12 C.

It is a limited wine series, made of selected grapes grown on the best vineyards of the «Tavinco» winery, spread out between two bays in a picturesque place on the sunny hillsides of the Taman Peninsula.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted during cool hours before dawn. No more than an hour passes from the time of grape harvesting until the time of its delivery to the winery for further processing. It allows grapes to save its best qualities.

An individual number emphasizing the exclusiveness of the series is assigned to each bottle of wine. The individual number is a quality certificate and additional counterfeit protection. This series is made for aficionados of the finest wines.
