Tasting characterization:
The color of wine is ruby-red with purple shades. There are tones of violets and wild plum in the bouquet with a keynote of black currant. The flavor is rich and harmonious.
Serving temperature and gastronomy:
Recommended to be served at a room temperature. The wine serves as a magnificent supplement to hard cheeses, red meat and game dishes.
It is a limited wine series, made of selected grapes grown on the best vineyards of the «Tavinco» winery, spread out between two bays in a picturesque place on the sunny hillsides of the Taman Peninsula.
Grapes are hand-picked and sorted during cool hours before dawn. No more than an hour passes from the time of grape harvesting until the time of its delivery to the winery for further processing. It allows grapes to save its best qualities.
An individual number emphasizing the exclusiveness of the series is assigned to each bottle of wine. The individual number is a quality certificate and additional counterfeit protection. This series is made for aficionados of the finest wines.
