Tasting characterization:
Made of selected Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes, gathered from the «Tavinco» vineyards situated on the Taman Peninsula in the Krasnodar Krai. The color of wine is light-straw. The flavour is round with fresh sourness and longstanding sweetish afterglow. The bouquet is fresh with notes of tropical fruits: pineapple, peach, grape-fruit, and delicate hints of vanilla.
Serving temperature and gastronomy:
Recommended to be served at a temperature of 10-12 C. The wine serves as a magnificent supplement to pastas with cream sauce, fish and shrimps dishes and cheeses.
Series of wines of geographical denomination made of selected grapes from own proper vineyards of the «Tavinco» winery. Grapes are gathered and sorted by hand.
As an experiment It has been decided to combine in equal proportion two grape varieties. The result exceeded expectations – the wine proved to be excellent and was named «50/50».
