Tasting characterization:

Made of selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, gathered from the «Tavinco» vineyards situated on the Taman Peninsula in the Krasnodar Krai. The color is dark-red with a shade of ruby. The bouquet is delicate and fine with notes of black currant, plum and light hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The flavour is rich with a tight structure and mellow tannins. The notes of plum in the flavour continue to come out in the longstanding afterglow.

Serving temperature and gastronomy:

Recommended to be served at a temperature of 15-20 C. The wine serves as a magnificent supplement to diverse white and red meat dishes and small game.

Series of wines of geographical denomination made of selected grapes from own proper vineyards of the «Tavinco» winery. Grapes are gathered and sorted by hand.

As an experiment It has been decided to combine in equal proportion two grape varieties. The result exceeded expectations – the wine proved to be excellent and was named «50/50».
