Tasting characterization:
Made of selected Pinot Blanc Chardonnay grapes, gathered from the «Tavinco» vineyards situated on the Taman Peninsula in the Krasnodar Krai. The color of wine is light-straw. The bouquet is delicate and fruity with hints of apple and peach. The flavour is fresh with notes of white flowers and sweet honey afterglow.
Serving temperature and gastronomy:
The wine serves as a magnificent supplement to poultry dishes, pastry, such as chocolate or lemon pie. Recommended to be served at a temperature of 10-12 C.
Series of wines of geographical denomination made of selected grapes from own proper vineyards of the «Tavinco» winery. Grapes are gathered and sorted by hand.
As an experiment It has been decided to combine in equal proportion two grape varieties. The result exceeded expectations – the wine proved to be excellent and was named «50/50».
